  I loved the food, and I loved the cook, but I'm giving this 2 stars because I am all about customer service. From someone who's been a waitress, ours was horrible. I have never in my life had such bad service. She was arrogant, disrespectful, and I don't know how she is still working there. Waitresses can relate to having a bad day, but you don't show your customers (and someone who might give a good tip) that. Our waitress not only had a VERY irritable attitude, she must've been partially deaf because if we needed something I swear she'd act like she didn't hear us. It would be a blue moon when she would show up to refill our drinks or ask if we needed anything. She got mad at someone from my group over a salad dressing because SHE didn't listen carefully. I am writing this from both perspectives here as a former waitress and a customer. I'm very disappointed.

  Food was aweful. Salad was swimming in dressing, soup was cold, and hibachi was really bland. I took my $18 plate home so I can make it better myself. My wife and kid didn't like their food at all. They didn't even try to make us happy or give a discount. Will never go back there!
